We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh Commercial. This role can be based in either our London, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Reading or West Malling offices.
We are seeking an individual to join our highly successful Impact team within Marsh’s Commercial division. We work in a fast‑paced environment, helping the business win new clients and retain existing ones. You will be responsible for managing and creating bespoke insurance proposals and responses for our diverse client base as well as providing support on bid avoidance strategies and prospect engagement to help the business achieve its growth targets and deliver the best of Marsh to our clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience of working within a Client/Account Manager position or similar client facing broker role seeking to use their insurance experience within a new and exciting environment or an existing Bid Manager looking for a new challenge.
We will rely on you to:
- Be responsible for managing and creating compelling insurance proposals / RfP responses and presentations for our Commercial clients and prospects.
- Work with diverse teams from across Marsh to manage new and defensive tender responses through to successful delivery.
- Provide support on a range of bid avoidance strategies for clients and help identify opportunities to create more value for clients.
- Challenge your colleagues to ensure best‑practice and drive new ideas.
- Engage with specialists from across Marsh to provide expert knowledge and engagement to support project delivery.
- Be a flag bearer for 'best in class' around the business.
- Be a key member of a high‑performing function of the Marsh Commercial business, ensuring clients and prospects receive the best of Marsh.
- Work with the Sales and Commercial Leadership to support the business in achieving growth targets.
