We are seeking a talented individual to join our Specialty – Central Data team at Marsh UK. This role will be based in London, UK. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The role can broadly be split into three core elements: business analytics, data product development and data architecture design, with the main focus on business analytics.
Responsibilities
- Deliver data projects tailored for Specialty business units, enhancing value through data and automating existing manual processes with technical solutions.
- Support is always available through the Central UK Specialty Data Team.
- Work with senior team members to build relationships to gain trust and an understanding of the business.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical, data-driven solutions to help the business with their targets.
- Coordinate Specialty data projects, acting as an intermediary between local business units and Mumbai technical teams.
- Design, develop, and deploy dashboards and reports to meet the diverse needs of audiences, from senior executives to the wider Specialty division.
