We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Product team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The Digital Product Owner will play a critical role in the implementation and execution of Marsh’s largest and most impactful digital transformation programme to date. You will successfully deliver Marsh’s most significant, large scale, complex programmes against the global strategic transformation and change agenda. Serving within Business & Client Services (BCS), you will be part of the UK Transformation team and its related priorities.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage moderate scale regional digital products and services end-to-end to achieve business outcomes in coordination with your delivery partners.
  • Participate in product discovery exercises focused on crystallising the end-user need and curating demand for your digital product domain.
  • Manage the conversion of high-level business requirements and use-cases into detailed functional specifications and user-stories.
  • Coordinate with colleagues focused on data standards and governance to ensure product alignment with key data effort.
  • Undertake regular work stream meetings, documenting and following-up on actions and risks identified from the meetings and escalating where needed, while ensuring remediation action plans are implemented.
  • Develop comprehensive change management and benefits realisation plans to ensure successful delivery of key change.
  • Develop methods for the regional implementation of long-term product goals and objectives for highly complex and regional projects, evaluating regional needs within a global structure.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
  • Ability to analyse industry trends and competitor behaviour.
  • Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies.
