We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh. This role will be based in Glasgow and is a hybrid role that requires working at least four days a week in the office.

Within your role, you’ll be responsible for servicing both new and existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products. We are happy to consider candidates with either personal lines or commercial insurance experience, as well as those without any prior insurance experience. If successful, you’ll be provided with a first-class induction and the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications.

Once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients. This can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross-selling additional products, and handling any additional queries that are presented.

What you need to have:

  • Ideally, a minimum of 1 year’s experience within insurance, from either personal lines or commercial insurance.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
