We are seeking a talented individual to join our Personal Lines team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Egham and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The role involves servicing both new and existing clients with a range of personal lines insurance products. We are happy to consider those with a background within customer service or a similar industry who are looking for a change in career. If successful, you’ll receive a first-class induction and the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications.
Once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, which can involve:
- Managing renewals
- Invoicing
- Producing new quotes
- Upselling/cross-selling additional products
- Handling any additional queries that are presented
What you need to have:
- A background within customer service, administration or similar experience
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
