We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Glasgow or Dundee and is a hybrid role that requires working at least four days a week in the office.
We have an exciting opportunity here at Marsh Commercial, as we are looking to recruit a Client Advisor to join us in our Enterprise Centre of Excellence. Within your role, you will be responsible for servicing both new and existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products.
For this role, we are happy to consider those with either personal lines or commercial insurance experience, as well as those without any prior insurance experience. If successful, you will be provided with a first-class induction and the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications.
Once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients. This can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross-selling additional products while handling any additional queries that are presented.
We will rely on you to:
- Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Ensure timely completion of all set tasks ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Demonstrate your adaptability skills when required in order to support colleagues in completing business-critical tasks.
- Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients.
- Through training, coaching and mentoring, have a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments.
What you need to have:
- Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year's experience within insurance, this can be from either personal lines or within commercial insurance.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
