As a Client Executive Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client portfolio by ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong relationships. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of clients, guiding a team of Client Executives, and implementing strategies that promote growth and profitability. Your leadership will be essential in aligning client needs with Marsh resources, enhancing client satisfaction, and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to colleagues, managing performance and supporting the retention and growth of existing clients while acquiring new ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategies and needs, and aligning Marsh resources accordingly.
- Oversee the communication between clients and service team members, ensuring client expectations are met and feedback is actively sought.
- Implement Client Service Standard Statements and monitor performance through audits and interviews, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
- Lead new business initiatives and manage the overall profitability of client accounts, including budget proposals and fee negotiations.
What you need to have
- Proven experience in a similar role, with considerable knowledge of the insurance market across all classes of business.
- Strong leadership skills with previous line management experience.
- Excellent negotiation and effective communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong business relationships.
- A deep understanding of client business issues, needs, and expectations, along with the ability to network across various divisions within Marsh and external business networks.
- Familiarity with FSA, Marsh Compliance, and specific procedures and guidelines.
