We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Commercial in Bristol. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least four days a week in the office.
We have an exciting opportunity here at Marsh Commercial, as we’re looking to recruit a Client Advisor to join us in our Enterprise Centre of Excellence. Within your role you’ll be responsible for servicing both new & existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products. For this position we are happy to consider those with either personal lines or commercial insurance experience, as well as those with a background within customer service / administration who are looking to begin an exciting career with the world's largest insurance broker.
If successful you’ll be provided with a first-class induction, as well as be given the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications. Once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, which can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross selling additional products whilst handling any additional queries that are presented.
We will rely on you to:
- Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Ensure timely completion of all set tasks ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Demonstrate your adaptability skills when required in order to support colleagues in completing business critical tasks.
- Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients.
- Through training, coaching and mentoring have a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments.
What you need to have:
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
