Main purpose of the Role
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of service charge accounting and the associated legislation. They must also have a proven ability to work on their own initiative, excellent organisational skills and a pro‑active approach to their daily tasks and be expected to develop the role as the business grows.

Issuing of demands for service charges and ground rents
Entering and maintaining annual budgets for service charges
Chasing arrears and liaising with solicitors for legal action
