We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Licensing Administrator to join our team and help manage property compliance across our portfolio. This is an entry-level role with full on‑job training provided, so it’s a great opportunity for someone starting out or looking to build a career in the property industry.

Salary: £28,000

Location: Stratford

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm - office based full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of additional and mandatory HMO licensing requirements
  • Conduct monthly reviews of HMOs requiring annual PAT testing and smoke alarm servicing
  • Review compliance documentation, save to internal systems, and forward to the licensing team
  • Organise Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs)
  • Assist in coordinating access for council compliance inspections
  • Maintain and update the licensing risk sheet to track compliance status and risks
  • Coordinate and manage EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and Gas Safety Certificates on a rolling monthly basis
  • Raise work orders with landlords and contractors for required inspections and certifications
  • Assist in resolving access issues with tenants to facilitate inspections and works
  • Coordinate remedial works with landlords following inspection outcomes
  • Proactively follow up with contractors on outstanding certificates and remedial actions
  • Review completed certificates to ensure they meet compliance standards
  • Upload and maintain accurate records within Reapit
  • Serve completed certificates to landlords and tenants in a timely manner
  • For new business and non‑managed clients, arrange upfront payments for compliance works and certifications
