Your Day-to-Day As a Trainee Estate Agent
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers and tenants, sellers and landlords, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
- Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand their motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings that align with their preferences and needs.
- Assess buyers’ financial positions and provide recommendations for trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys, following up with solicitors, and ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring that it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeframe.
