A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior New Homes Consultant, covering South West London, responsible for driving sales across premium developments. Combining market knowledge with exceptional customer service, you will build strong developer relationships and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment, with London’s fastest-growing estate agency business.
Location: Surbiton
Salary: OTE £60,000 with uncapped commission
Driving licence required
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate 25+ viewings per week, targeting at least 1 sale weekly
- Consistently meet KPIs for third-party referrals
- Conduct regular site visits
- Deliver excellent customer experience to drive repeat/referral business
- Identify and pass New Homes development opportunities
- Fully competent in managing weekly contact with sellers, landlords, and developers
- Achieve £250k+ annual exchange target
- Lead by example and maintain high performance standards
- Handle complex sales and resolve customer queries
- Coach and support junior team members
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong knowledge of New Homes products and processes
Key requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in New Homes or Residential Sales/Lettings
- Proven sales performance in Sales, Lettings, or New Homes
- Strong customer service skills
- Track record of cross-selling third-party services
- Confident in dealing with customers and clients
- Experience in generating market appraisals
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
