This is a junior position to work alongside our artwork team, as well as collaboratively within the in-house marketing department. Ideal for someone with basic knowledge of the artwork process or looking to take their first steps into artwork as a career. The role would suit a team player, responsible for taking briefs and requests and developing them into full visual layouts, as well as preparing artworks for print and digital use across the Dexters Group (18 brands).
Reports to: Design & Artwork Manager
Based at: Mayfair (Clapham Junction - from May 2026)
NB: This is a 12-month contract for maternity cover
Salary: £26,500 - £30,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities- Produce artwork for print production/digital media use
- Create & update marketing materials (Property brochures, direct mail, forms)
- Contribute creative ideas for brand campaigns
- Design digital elements, including GIFs for use on websites & social media
- Produce bespoke signage such as boards, hoarding and vinyls
- Various rebrand projects e.g new business acquisitions
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (training will be given where required)
- Understanding of technical specifications like bleeds, resolution, file formats, and colour modes (CMYK/RGB)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping to deadlines
- Team player, who is confident working both independently and collaboratively
- Support the wider artwork team where required
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Experience in photo editing
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A team player, flexible and keen to get involved in different tasks
