To run a team of Project Managers and Consultants to assist Landlords, Sellers & Colleagues to identify potential projects and help clients to improve their properties. To plan and oversee larger scale refurbishment projects through all stages of the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Progress leads from colleagues to advise Landlords and Sellers on how to maximize the potential income of their properties.
- Working closely with colleagues to provide current valuations on various scope of work options.
- Guide larger projects through the planning process, giving specialist advice on design and layout options to maximise potential.
- Ensuring that all areas of compliance are covered for all team members including License to Alter, High Rise Building, HMOs, Structural and Fire Regulations etc.
- Motivating and running a team of consultants to reach monthly commission targets.
- Making sure all team members are following the standard best practice.
- Promoting your team’s services regularly across all Lettings and Sales offices in the local area to maximise the number of regular leads coming through.
- Locating and vetting new contractors to support growth in your local area.
- Providing support and stringent sign-off methods for your team to ensure every project is completed to a high standard.
- Form part of the upper management of the department, helping to shape it for the future, taking on ad hoc management tasks and expertise.
- Provide cover to the Board Director and other Heads of when they are on annual leave when required.
- Conduct regular information sessions about our services at Board Meetings and office visits at the local offices and Property Management Hubs.
- Dealing with any miscommunications with your team quickly to prevent complaints and dealing with any complaints that do arise.

- A leader who is used to hitting targets and is driven to perform.
- Has completed and is confident designing and overseeing larger scale refurbishment projects.
- Understands the importance of following a set structure and promoting this within the team.
- Enthusiastic ‘Nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.
- Confident delivering information sessions to colleagues about the benefits of our services.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Confident with figures and analysing numbers.
- Smartly presented. Estate Agency experience and/or familiarity advantageous.
