We are looking for highly organized and detail-orientated people to join our team with a background in floor planning. Full training as well as development are provided. If you are proactive, take pride in your work and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Main Purpose of the Role: Assist the design team in producing accurate and detailed floor plans and lease plans for marketing and operational purposes within agreed timescales. Provide additional quality control to ensure all design work is completed to consistent, high standards.
Location: Wimbledon
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit detailed floor plans using AutoCAD, including lease plans, domestic, commercial and fire risk assessment floor plans.
- Ensure all floor plans meet internal quality standards and client requirements.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily KPI targets and agreed project volumes.
- Liaise with external contractors or design firms to ensure their deliverables meet the company standards.
- Collaborate with the photography team to ensure floor plans integrate well with property marketing materials.
- Take on additional design work as required including, photo editing, telephone, email and quality control for other design assets.
Requirements:
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Punctual, professional, and well-presented.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and software as required.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar CAD software) - training will be provided.
- Knowledge of Photoshop/Lightroom.
