Main purpose of the Role: Reporting to the Director of Block Management and looking after a portfolio of medium sized blocks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of leasehold management and lease interpretation, as well as guiding junior members of the team and implementing best practice. Working to tight deadlines and being communicative and responsive are key skills for this role, as well as experience managing people and working to achieve the company’s vision and goals. An excellent working knowledge of leasehold Law and project management is also essential. IRPM membership would be an advantage, although training will be given.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 DOE
Responsibilities
- Interpreting leases and offering internal and external clients advice.
- Manage a portfolio of medium sized blocks and refurbishment work.
- Tendering contracts on a regular basis.
- Prepare and agree annual budgets and liaise with the service charge team.
- Undertake periodic financial reviews of expenditure versus budget.
- Resolving service charge disputes.
- Initiate and/or review reactive maintenance procedures.
- Manage on site staff.
- Undertake regular client liaisons and attend meetings.
- Initiating major works, appointment of a building surveyor and overseeing works to their completion as well as financial budgeting.
- Ensuring legal consultations are carried out in accordance with current legislation.
- Managing covenant breaches.
- Dealing with sales packs and completing LPE1 forms.
- Integrating new instructions into the portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities.
Skills
- Driven and self‑motivated.
- Minimum ATPI, MTPI qualified, RICS preferred.
- 3-5 years experience.
- Extensive knowledge of HRB essential.
- Previous experience with HNWIs is strongly preferred.
- Confident, dynamic and diplomatic.
- Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent literacy and numerical skills.
