Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 OTE

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of up to 80 agreed sales and responsibility for their completion.
  • Forecast with senior management and report on weekly/monthly figures.
  • Drive timescales, identify risks and keep every deal on track.
  • Tackle obstacles head on including surveys and renegotiations.
  • Provide clear communication to both buyer and seller.
  • Build strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
  • Attend meetings with other Sales Support Managers.
  • Maximise additional service opportunities and referrals.

Requirements And Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Persistent, tenacious, and able to perform under pressure.
  • A proactive problem solver with a positive approach.
