Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of up to 80 agreed sales and responsibility for their completion.
- Forecast with senior management and report on weekly/monthly figures.
- Drive timescales, identify risks and keep every deal on track.
- Tackle obstacles head on including surveys and renegotiations.
- Provide clear communication to both buyer and seller.
- Build strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
- Attend meetings with other Sales Support Managers.
- Maximise additional service opportunities and referrals.
Requirements And Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Persistent, tenacious, and able to perform under pressure.
- A proactive problem solver with a positive approach.
