We are looking for highly organised and detail‐orientated people to join our design team.

Main Purpose of the
Role: Assist the field team and external companies in delivering high quality professionally edited photographs and accurate floor plans for marketing purposes within agreed timescales.
Salary
Commission based £26,400 – 32,000 OTE

Wimbledon Village, SW19
Hours
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit detailed floor plans using Auto CAD (training provided), including lease plans, domestic, commercial and fire risk assessment floor plans.
Ensure all floor plans meet internal quality standards and client requirements.
- Edit photographs to a consistent high standard in line with marketing expectations.
- Ensuring a consistent finish, focused on agreed quality expectations.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily KPI targets and agreed project volumes.
- Liaise with external contractors or design firms to ensure their deliverables meet the company and standards.
- Collaborate with the photography team to ensure floor plans integrate well with property marketing materials.
- Take on additional design work as required including (training provided):
- Telephone/Email queries
- Quality Control for other design assets
- Video Editing
- Virtual Staging
- Virtual Tours/3D
Requirements
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings and photo edits.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Punctual, professional and well‑presented.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and software as required.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable
- Knowledge of Auto CAD (or similar CAD software) – training will be provided.
