As our Business Support team continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organized individual to provide administrative, reporting and operational support to our Client Research team.

This is a varied role that plays an important part in keeping the department running efficiently, ensuring reporting is accurate, administrative processes are well managed and colleagues have the support they need to deliver an outstanding experience for clients and customers.

Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm - office based full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Support the Client Research Team with administrative requests.
  • Help to create reports for the team managers to enable them to run their teams.
  • Review exchanged and let properties and update figures and accounts sheet.
  • Provide general administrative support for the department including communicating with IT and Facilities.
  • Support the senior coordinator with data entry and reporting tasks.

Requirements

  • Confident using Excel and previous use of CRM systems.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Enthusiastic, “Nothing is too much trouble” attitude.
  • Logical thinking with creative problem‑solving aptitude.
  • Organised, with a flexible approach to a varied workload particularly during busy periods.
  • Customer service experience would be preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail.
