Our practice supports investors and strategic clients throughout the transaction lifecycle: from opportunity identification through due diligence, M&A execution and post‑transaction value realization.
We are looking to appoint experienced consultants to support the Private Capital team, a strategic priority for the firm. Consultants are given opportunities for rapid professional growth, entrepreneurial work and shared success.
The Role and Responsibilities
- Associates break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identify key aspects, direct the focus of junior consultants, plan and execute analysis, and craft suitable recommendations.
- Engagement managers lead the team through the problem‑solving process, ensuring recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive.
- They also provide thought leadership, manage small teams, and forge strong relationships with clients.
Your Attributes and Experience
- 3-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization.
- Knowledge within Corporate Finance and Due Diligence.
- Experience across industries within Corporate, Finance and Advisory.
- Strong background in strategic problem‑solving with analytical skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and ideally one other language.
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Willingness to travel.
- Initiative in learning new skills and applying them.
- Creativity and readiness to propose novel ideas.
- Analytical aptitude to sift through large data sets.
- Ability to work fluidly and respectfully with a talented team.
