Oliver Wyman, a Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) business, is a management consulting firm driven by deep industry insight, bold innovation, and a collaborative approach that cuts through complexity to help organizations navigate their most defining transformative moments.

We are looking for a Head of Concept to join our Creative Studio in London - a senior, hands-on role for someone who can shape strong ideas, sharpen the story behind them, and lead a small team of Art Directors and Copywriters across London and New York. This role sits at the start of the creative process. You will turn early thinking into clear, persuasive, well-structured concepts for campaigns, video work, and other creative projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in copywriting and knows how to build narratives, challenge weak thinking, and make ideas easier to understand, defend, and execute.

AI will be an integral part of how the concept team works. You will help the team use AI thoughtfully across research, ideation, writing, refinement, and concept development - not as a shortcut for creative judgment, but as a tool to explore more routes, sharpen thinking, and raise the quality of the work.

What you will do:

  • Lead a small concept team of Art Directors and Copywriters across London and New York
  • Develop, write, shape, and improve campaign, video, and creative concepts hands-on
  • Use AI as part of the creative process to support research, ideation, writing, refinement, and concept exploration
  • Strengthen the narrative, message, structure, and persuasive logic behind ideas
  • Help teams clarify what the idea is, why it matters, and what it is trying to change
  • Review early concepts and identify gaps, weak reasoning, or unclear intent
  • Coach Art Directors and Copywriters on concept development, storytelling, articulation, and effective use of AI
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director before concepts move into approval
  • Work with Design Directors, Video Directors, and other Functional Leads to make sure ideas are clear, realistic, and executable
  • Help plan workload and priorities across the concept team

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a senior creative leader with strong writing instincts, clear judgment, and the ability to make ideas better without making the process heavier. You should enjoy both leading people and doing the work. You can step back and guide the team, but also step in when an idea needs sharper thinking, a clearer line, or a stronger story.

What we can offer you:

  • Full time job contract with an attractive compensation package
  • Flexible benefits package which you can tailor to your needs
  • Opportunity for professional growth in a stable, global company
  • Access to mentoring and training programs
  • Inclusive culture with Employee Resources Groups and CSR activities
  • Working in diverse and dynamic teams, friendly and flexible workplace that promotes work-life balance
  • A range of digital collaboration and online communication tools to support effective teamwork
  • Various social initiatives and learning opportunities adapted for virtual settings.

We are an equal opportunities employer.
