We are seeking a talented individual to join our Aviation Claims team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Norwich and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Using your knowledge of the business and current processes, this role is key in driving the team forward in terms of efficiency and performance. Marsh Risk has a number of tools available including global data, client information, AI and automation tools.
The Team Leader will be responsible for supporting best practice through the development of staff and the implementation and management of new initiatives.
We will count on you to:
- Engage with key stakeholders and clients as required
- Oversee day-to-day operational activity of the team including guidance through change, data delivery and MI reporting.
- Ensure the team meets SLAs, KPIs and business objectives, through effective management of people and processes.
- Manage and prioritise own and team workloads to meet deadlines and targets and maintain quality of service.
- Proactively manage team performance, to achieve quality, compliance and productivity targets.
- Carry out regular one-to-ones with team members.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships, utilising effective communication, with colleagues, clients and third parties, managing challenging situations effectively.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, including business strategy and objectives.
- Build and maintain a positive and supportive team environment within the department that encourages staff motivation and effectiveness.
