The role combines relationship management, sales strategy, client engagement, and performance reporting, working closely with client executives, brokers, and technology partners.
We will rely on you to:

- Use available claims data, renewal data and portfolio analytics to identify target opportunities within key client segments.
- Proactively reach out to relevant relationship owners (Client Executives, Account Managers) with a clearly articulated commercial rationale and value proposition.
- Qualify and prioritise opportunities, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline across all active partnership propositions.
- Proposition Engagement & Internal Activation
- Clearly communicate the value of each technology partnership proposition to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead internal briefing meetings to align client-facing teams ahead of client engagement.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers and battle cards that support effective outbound activity.
- Client Engagement & Sales Progression
- Attend and actively contribute to client meetings, presenting propositions with confidence and commercial clarity.
- Follow up on all client and internal meetings with structured next steps, driving opportunities through the sales cycle to a successful close.
- Work collaboratively with Client Executives, broking colleagues and technology partners to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent messaging.
- Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, meeting outcomes, pipeline status and deal progression.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity and commercial performance against agreed targets.
- Identify patterns and feedback loops that can improve targeting, messaging or proposition design.
What you need to have:
- Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in a professional services, insurance or technology environment.
- Confident presenter with the ability to articulate complex propositions in a clear, compelling way.
- Proactive self-starter with the drive to generate and pursue opportunities without close direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- A collaborative team player who builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What makes you stand out:
- Knowledge of the Risk Technology or InsurTech landscape.
