We are seeking a talented individual to join our Bowring Marsh team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

What can you expect?

  • Fantastic opportunity to provide support to existing London, Norwich and India based colleagues (including Client Executives) in servicing a large multinational, multi-product line portfolio of business.
  • You will be tasked with improving client service through the early resolution of client accounting issues.

To make a success of this role, you will be highly numbers and detail orientated and enjoy managing a busy and varied workload. We will count on you to:

  • Review and propose solutions to resolve client accounting issues escalated from Marsh Operations involving Bowring Marsh Technicians and Brokers as appropriate.
  • Assist the Norwich Management team in providing MI on premium and revenue.
  • Understand & ease payment situations and/or provide MI.
  • Prepare premium calculations for Bowring Marsh clients.
  • Set and achieve specific goals as evidenced in Workday.

  • Solid numeracy skills, together with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical and conscientious approach.
  • Planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Quick to take on-board new information, which is technical in nature.
  • Ability to cope with the cyclical nature of the business.
