Our Financial & Professional Liability (FINPRO) division is seeking a talented individual to join their Management Liability team in the Norwich office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Are you seeking a role that involves managing existing client relationships whilst working to continuously identify and develop new opportunities for revenue generation? The Client Executive works within a highly skilled team that specialises in managing a portfolio of existing accounts whilst working towards the accrual and development of new client accounts within FINPRO. The role would suit an individual who is genuinely looking to build or continue a career in the insurance industry. Whilst previous insurance experience would be ideal, full training and support will be provided.
What can you expect:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client accounts that renew annually and new business opportunities, primarily consisting of Directors’ & Officers’ (D&O) liability insurance policies. The portfolio also includes Pension Trustees Liability (PTL), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), and Commercial Crime coverage.
In this role, you will liaise directly with clients and internal producers. You will negotiate with insurers within the London insurance market to obtain the most favourable terms and coverage using our proprietary products, presenting the proposed terms, securing their agreement, and ensuring that all policy documentation is prepared accurately and issued promptly.
We will rely on you to:
- Develop risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs.
- Support with the implementation of the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service.
- Develop the go-to-market strategy and articulate the value of placement function and participate within pricing of services as applicable.
- Bind coverage and be responsible for the accuracy of placement binders.
- Create and maintain relationships within own practice, insurance markets, clients, and underwriters to provide cohesive client service.
- Advise on changing insurance and risk management market conditions and inform client executives, client advisors, and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of products/coverage.
- Interface closely with client executives and client teams to support client retention and new business production.
- Drive placement/technical support activities on assigned accounts, such as ensuring procedural compliance, reviewing data and updating annual renewal exhibits, maintaining accurate placement system entries, to ensure contract execution as required.
- Advise management about client issues or trends through clear and concise communication and participate in development of solutions.
