We are seeking a talented, client focused individual to join our Financial & Professional Liability (FINPRO) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will rely on you to:
- Manage a book of your own clients, working directly with the client and/or in collaboration with Corporate colleagues managing the wider relationship and other lines of insurance.
- Work closely with Corporate colleagues to provide oversight, guidance and support when they are placing risks onto the Marsh facility.
- Understand the clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs and provide advice accordingly to successfully serve clients.
- Advise clients on coverage queries and executing midâterm programme amendments.
- Work with the team to seek growth opportunities and subsequently win new business.
- Assist in presentations to existing and prospective clients and suggest innovative solutions.
What you need to have:
- Excellent communication skills â both written (tenders, reports, presentations) and verbal (client meetings, colleague meetings and delivery of tenders and presentations).
- Proven organisation abilities and the ability to multiâtask.
- Diligence, accuracy and ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure.
- A problemâsolving mentality â clients will occasionally present a challenge to us at the 11th hour and our team must always find a way to address it.
- Pride in maintaining the highest professional standards and appetite to challenge the status quo to ensure we deliver best possible outcomes for our clients.
