We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our high-performing Airside Liability Team within the Aviation Specialty (Aerospace) at Marsh Risk. The successful individual will be managing an insurance portfolio of Clients who work within the confines of an Airport. This is a business area we have been supporting for over 30 years and have a wealth of knowledge and talent to share with the successful individual within a very supportive team.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
What to expect:
The Aviation and Aerospace Specialty Practice combines a deep understanding of our clients and their industries with unparalleled product knowledge, market access and experience in specialty insurance.
Product Lines Teams include Aerospace, General Aviation, Airlines and Accident & Health.
A Client Executive (CE) is charged with providing Third Party Liability Insurance placement for new business and renewals on behalf of Wholesale Brokers and Direct Clients who undertake contracts at an Airport.
The Client Executive works to provide an excellent and compliant client experience.
Alongside the role, we would also include funding and support to complete the Certificate in Insurance (CertCII) qualification and further study to Diploma and Advance Diploma.
We will rely on you to:

Work closely with and build effective relationships with our Clients, Wholesale Brokers, Colleagues and Insurers to support retention and new business production.
Manage a book of renewal business, ensuring Client requirements are meet with the insurance we arrange for them.
Produce Client Quotations, Certificates of Insurance and Invoicing, to support the placing of insurance contracts using the appropriate systems.
Liaise with Marsh Fiduciary and Claims teams
Manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards and integrity of service to our Clients, both external and internal.
Documentation Quality Checking, prior to release of documentation to Client.Resolve and manage queries from Clients, Brokers, Fiduciary and Insurers to ensure clarity to all and allow prompt and correct invoicing for and settlement of payments to/from Clients and Insurers.

Good written & verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and general administrative and organisational skills
An interest in and find enjoyment from solving problems and developing effective process
Good numeracy skills to work with premium calculations
Enthusiasm and engagement in your own learning and development and in growing professionally
Good IT skills with confidence to develop skills in new systems and applications quickly
Keen interest to work in a diverse and collaborative environment
Level 3 qualifications (A-Level) or Level 2 qualifications (GCSE A*-C) with work experience.
