The Marsh Real Estate practice provides commercial real estate advice and broking solutions to property owners and investors predominantly in the UK and Europe. Working with a wide array of clients including FTSE250 companies, banks, pension funds, investment managers, asset managers and across a large spectrum of asset types such as residential, offices, warehousing and retail.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Advisor to join the team in Norwich. This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Support renewal strategy planning with the Client Executive
- Coordinate service team activity around key renewal deadlines
- Request and review underwriting information and claims reports
- Prepare market presentations, renewal documents, and client reports
- Manage invoicing, billing, and settlement activity
- Handle client queries, wording reviews, and renewal documentation

- Experience in a client-facing insurance role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Good understanding of clients, insurance programs, and service delivery
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
