Marsh is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Operations organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high quality business solutions that deliver valued business outcomes and informed decisions.
What can you expect?
- To partner with the business and technology to design and deliver digital solutions for business problems.
- To identify areas of improvement within the business processes, systems and user experience.
- To drive optimisation of operating models across Marsh, align them to best practices and realise benefits in terms of reduced costs, enhanced revenues, better controls, and improved client satisfaction.
- To work closely with Technology to build capabilities in business solution architecture and drive business adoption.
We will count on you to:
- Create Visios to map business processes.
- Drive standardization of processes, operating model and user experience across business solutions.
- Lead workshops to identify problems, understand impact and help design global solutions.
- Partner with local teams to understand nuances, document requirements, and enable adoption of global solutions; articulating and improving the user experience (Client or colleague).
- Assist in the exploration of intricate solutions to highly complex business requirements.
- Be a self-starter; own and manage your own portion of the project plan and drive forward outcomes.
Skills you need to have:
- Experience in design/implementation of automation solutions.
- Project management skills; drafting project plans, managing various types of stakeholders, and managing communications.
- Experience in business process modeling/Visio preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
