The Talent Management team is responsible for optimal mobilisation of specialists across external client projects. The DNA Talent Manager will staff and manage talent for a pool of specialists, working closely with the European Talent Management team and local Partners. This hybrid role is 60% remote and 40% based in the Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities- Staff specialists onto client projects, balancing project needs, execution, development objectives, and personal preferences.
- Oversee local utilization and limit trapped capacity.
- Manage talent initiatives for specialists, including onboarding, performance, and career development.
- Manage mid‑year and year‑end performance management processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to specialists regarding career development, work‑life balance, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with Human Capital functions on training, performance management, and recruiting.
- Work on project‑based initiatives.
- 2–5 years experience as a Talent Manager, Resource Manager, Recruiter or HR in a dynamic client‑services environment such as management consulting.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Team player able to function independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑motivated, strong interpersonal skills, effective with diverse personalities and cultures.
- Proactive, high‑performing multi‑tasker with ownership and detail orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
