The Technology Innovation team supports clients in shaping and delivering technology-enabled transformation to improve business performance, increase transparency, reduce risk, and unlock measurable value from technology, data, and AI.
Our core work is divided into 5 pillars:
- IT Strategy: Help clients align their technology agenda with business strategy, define target-state IT capabilities, build robust business cases, and develop pragmatic technology roadmaps.
- IT Efficiency: Support clients in improving the efficiency and transparency of their technology function, optimizing costs, and implementing dashboards to measure progress.
- IT Program Risks & Cyber: Help clients de-risk complex technology and transformation programs through assessments and oversight.
- Tech Assessment TDD: Advise on technology due diligence, red-flag assessments, and value creation opportunities.
- Data & AI: Help clients define and scale their data, analytics, AI, and GenAI strategies.

Senior Consultants play a key role in delivering client engagements, taking ownership of major workstreams. Associates break down complex problems into discrete tasks, while Engagement Managers lead projects day to day.
We recognise and value the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets for successful candidates. Preference will be given to candidates with:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organisation.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
