As our team takes on more complex engagements with clients across the public and private sectors, we are looking for someone to work at Managing Consultant level among a team of consultants with backgrounds in Enterprise Risk and Resilience. Exposure to the Cyber or Climate agenda would be an additional positive, but is not required.

During the initial fixed contract, the role holder will be expected to drive client outcomes through the timely and effective execution of projects, supported by junior staff and under the direction of our Consulting Directors. If the role converts to a permanent position by mutual agreement, some sales support will be expected.

We will count on you to:

  • Oversee delivery of scaled risk and resilience projects, leveraging junior team effectively
  • Identify and exploit synergies in our offerings as a result of your holistic understanding of the risk agenda
  • Help us to develop the next generation of consultants as we grow our team

What you need to have:

  • Deep subject matter expertise in the core areas of Enterprise Risk and Resilience, whether from previous consulting roles or in-house positions
  • Previous experience driving consulting projects effectively for complex clients
  • A desire to coach and develop the next generation of consultants
  • Comfort and familiarity operating in C-suite environments or equivalent
  • A collegiate and results-focused approach: we succeed or fail as a team

What makes you stand out?

  • Experience driving projects as both a sole contributor and with junior support
  • Track record of thought leadership and/or recognised profile in one or more areas of our capability remit
  • A collegiate and results-focused approach
  • A combination of consulting and in-house roles that enable you to oversee and manage a team with authenticity

Why join our team:

  • Competitive package including pension contributions and private health insurance
  • Professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders
  • A vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have an impact for colleagues, clients, and communities
  • A range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being
