We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Risk Consulting team at Marsh UK. This role will be based in London (Tower Place) and is a hybrid role that requires working three days a week in the office.
As our team takes on more complex engagements with clients across the public and private sectors, we are looking for someone to work at (Senior) Managing Consultant level among a team of consultants with backgrounds in Enterprise Risk and Resilience. Exposure to climate risk, insurance or NGO agenda would be an additional positive, but is not required.
The role holder will be expected to drive client outcomes through the timely and effective execution of projects, supported by junior staff and under the direction of our Consulting Directors. Interest or experience in supporting our sales activity would also be beneficial.

- Oversee delivery of scaled projects, leveraging junior team effectively
- Identify and exploit synergies in our offerings as a result of your holistic understanding of the risk agenda
- Help us to develop the next generation of consultants as we grow our team
