Within this role, the Client Account Manager will support our largest, most complex client accounts. This is not a broking role; however, it combines elements of data analysis, broker support, client service, account coordination and service consultancy. The role is a senior position, with a strong emphasis on ownership and accountability in project management, delivery oversight and relationship handling. It would be client, market and internally facing.

We will rely on you to:

  • Support the management of Marsh Re’s largest, most complex client accounts across Latin America and the Caribbean treaty business.
  • Coordinate day-to-day account activity across internal teams, placement teams, and external market partners to ensure high quality, timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery across all stages of the client and market service cycle.
  • Oversee project management activity across multiple priorities, tracking deliverables, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum on complex account work.
  • Act as a central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, helping to manage expectations, relationships, and communication across the account lifecycle.
  • Provide support on broker-related activities, including analysis and coordination of renewal information, documentation, submissions, and follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to the smooth execution of renewal, placement, and servicing processes by coordinating inputs, managing dependencies, and following through on actions.
  • Work closely with client teams, brokers, carriers, and internal specialists to support the delivery of tailored solutions for complex client needs.
  • Support clients with the analysis of technical accounts and manage service delivery flows through the complex programme structures, ensuring client instructions and market actions are executed with precision and within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor account servicing requirements and ensure operational tasks, transactional flows, and service commitments are completed to a high standard.
  • Support issue resolution and escalation management, helping to identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain service continuity.
  • Maintain strong awareness of client priorities, service standards, and account-specific requirements to ensure a consistent and responsive client experience.
  • Build effective working relationships across client-facing and internal teams, acting as a trusted partner in the delivery of complex accounts.
  • Help drive continuous improvement in service processes, documentation, and account management practices.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, status tracking, and administrative discipline across all client and market-facing activities.

What you need to have:

  • Previous experience within commercial insurance, reinsurance, broking, underwriting, or a related insurance environment.
  • Project management / coordination experience.
  • Complex Client Account management.
  • Insurance servicing / broker support.
  • Consulting support / service delivery roles.
  • Strong planning, reporting and governance capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders without direct authority.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.

What makes you stand out:

  • A proactive and dynamic approach, with previous client-facing experience.
  • Having Spanish language capabilities would be a benefit and also having knowledge and/or experience of the Latin America and Caribbean region is also beneficial.
  • Experience supporting large, complex or global accounts.
  • Confidence dealing with high-profile clients & stakeholders.
  • Cert CII qualification, with progress towards ACII, would be advantageous.
  • An interest in working within an international environment and supporting clients across multiple markets.

Why join our team:
