We are seeking a talented individual to join our Trade Credit team at Marsh. This role is based out of our Leeds office as part of the Corporate team. This is a hybrid role that has a mixture of office based and home working.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Executive role. You will focus on managing and retaining a large portfolio of Corporate clients, while identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio, alongside our sales team and with support from both the Head of Office and Head of Sales.

We will rely on you to:

  • Achieve high client retention rates for existing portfolio through a strong service proposition.
  • You will be responsible for renewing and retaining your book, as well as growth therefore a driving licence is essential for client visits.
  • Manage strategic relationships with clients, insurers, and both internal and external networks.
  • Work closely with the sales team on new business cases and self-generate opportunities through expanded sales to the existing portfolio.
  • Research and compile data to deliver in person client presentations.

What you need to have:

  • Strong commercial insurance experience.
  • Proven track record of trusted client relationships.
  • A focus on client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to find solutions for Clients.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
