We are seeking a talented individual to join our Motor Claims team here at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Glasgow on a hybrid basis, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills.

We will rely on you to:

  • Investigate and process motor insurance claims
  • Communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
  • Assess claims validity and ensure timely settlements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

What you need to have:

  • Previous experience in insurance claims handling is preferred
