We are seeking a talented Employee Benefits Consultant to manage and develop a portfolio of Group Risk and/or Healthcare clients. You will be focused on ensuring clients feel supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations that meet client requirements. Through strong client relationships and business development you will identify new opportunities and promote the wider Mercer Marsh Benefits proposition to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets. With an attractive bonus structure this is a fantastic opportunity to operate within a large global organisation that is incredibly passionate about how it cares for and supports our employees and clients at a local level. Based in Edinburgh / Glasgow, this is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Manage existing Group Risk and/or Healthcare client portfolio providing strategic/quality consulting advice and direction
- Identify new opportunities and promote the wider Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) proposition to maximise revenues and achieve growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues and key stakeholders
- Provide accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results and recommendations
- Liaise with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout
- Promote and deliver high quality service and advice
