Reporting to the Mercer DC Governance and Oversight Leader, the DC Governance Analyst is responsible, alongside members of the team, for the efficient ongoing running and operational effectiveness of a range of Mercer's DC Products, including Mercer Workplace Savings, the Mercer Master Trust and Now Master Trust to ensure they remain compliant and meet contractual commitments. They input to and deliver on the strategy set by the DC Governance and Oversight leader. This individual works with the wider team on operational-related management for our clients and internal stakeholders. The DC Governance Analyst is a key player within Mercer's market‑leading Master Trust team, built on a member‑first approach while providing safety and security through active governance.
Responsibilities
- With help from the team, accountable for ongoing service delivery to Clients, focusing on SLAs, KPIs, client reporting.
- Responsible for client invoicing and supplier invoicing, working with internal teams to ensure invoices are settled timely.
- Supporting DC relationship managers with the production of quarterly reports and engagement insights.
- Responsible for service‑related management for the portfolio of DC and works with internal departments and providers to manage issues to resolution.
- Maintain a client database directory to ensure all client information is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain internal mailboxes across the team to ensure queries are picked up, logged and assigned to SMEs for resolution.
- Supporting other team members with completion of the annual Master Trust Assurance Framework (MAF) under ICAEW TECH 05/20 AAF (previously TECH 02/07 AAF).
- Supporting other team members with the completion and submission of ONS Surveys, Accounting for Tax (AFT), Scheme Returns to the Pensions Regulator and Event Reporting to HMRC.
