We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Benefits Management team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. The successful candidate for this role will be based in either Bristol, Glasgow or London on a hybrid basis, with a requirement to work 3 days per week in the office.

Global Benefits Management (GBM) allows multinational organisations to manage their insured employee benefits around the world more effectively. The Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) global GBM solution delivers everything clients need when it comes to local broking renewals, global co-ordination, technology, governance and consulting.

As an Account Specialist, you will support our Account Management team in delivering high-quality client service across global accounts. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and interested in client support, data analysis, and project coordination.

You will work closely with Account Managers and internal teams locally and globally to help ensure the smooth delivery of client work streams.

We will count on you to:

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day client account activity
  • Liaise with internal teams across local and global locations
  • Help prepare for and support client calls, including tracking actions and follow-ups
  • Assist with monitoring timelines, deliverables, and priorities
  • Review data to identify key themes, trends, and insights
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and status updates
  • Use technology and business systems effectively to support reporting and workflow management
  • Contribute to efficient coordination across accounts and projects
