We are looking for a Business Support Executive to join our Career Business. You will be an essential part of a highly skilled team by collaborating with client-facing colleagues, providing administrative support to senior consultants. The Business Support Executive will support a number of consultants across various locations in the UK. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office, based in either our Birmingham or London offices.
Responsibilities
- Create documentation using PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Schedule Zoom meetings and coordinate setup requirements to optimize workflow
- Process expenses, book meetings, and format documentation
- Maintain a professional, consultative and collaborative approach
- Demonstrate teamwork with strong interpersonal skills
- Be results-driven with the persistence to complete tasks
- Take ownership focusing on quality and timely delivery
- Apply problem-solving skills to assist with client solutions
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning and growth
- Be articulate and well-organised
Requirements
