This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement work three-days per week in the office.The MMB Corporate Workplace Saving team provides DC pension consulting services and Darwin Pension Specialist Consultancy to a range of clients, the majority of which use Darwin, our SaaS (that’s software as a service) platform for global benefits management, auto-enrolment and employee engagement.As a Senior Workplace Savings Consultant, you will work with leading companies in the UK and provide pension / wider workplace savings and Darwin consultancy services to their allocated clients.We will count on you to:Provide clients with pension consulting services in line with the client’s service scheduleSupport clients with Automatic Enrolment and the use of the AE module on DarwinProvide pension consultancy services, including scoping and managing Darwin related projects Meet your client retention target, ensuring clients remain profitable and create efficienciesCross-selling/product mix.
Deliver the whole firm to the client.
