Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS) is a dynamic client-centric practice within Marsh UK that places and manages a range of innovative portfolio placement solutions on behalf of Marsh Specialty Practices. MPS comprises 50 dedicated professionals who provide a range of intermediary services to insurer clients, including sophisticated management information and innovative placement structures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the Fast Track team through performance management, regular 121s, and tailored development plans, fostering colleague growth and setting SMART goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Manager and other team leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within MPS and across Marsh & McLennan Companies, driving best practices and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • Monitor team targets, provide progress updates, and manage expectations to consistently meet business objectives.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and innovative team culture that exemplifies Marsh’s values.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in people management, including coaching, performance management, and development planning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive team productivity and efficiency improvements.
