Responsibilities

  • Manage insurer accounts to ensure premiums are paid on time
  • Monitor and collect outstanding claims funds and allocate cash promptly
  • Perform regular reconciliations to maintain fiduciary record integrity
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with root-cause analysis
  • Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders with high service levels
  • Build strong working relationships with insurers, brokers, and colleagues
  • Attend meetings in-person or virtually and contribute actively
  • Monitor aged debt and take action to minimise risk and resolve issues

Key requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's Credit Control experience
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
  • Attention to detail with ability to investigate complex queries
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and other business systems
  • Proactive and solution-focused problem solving
