This role will be based in Norwich.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide support to existing London, Norwich and India based colleagues (including Client Executives) in servicing a large multinational, multi-product line portfolio of business. You will be tasked with improving client service through the early resolution of client accounting issues.
With offices in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Continental Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, United States and Bermuda, our Marsh teams cover a range of Insurance products across the following areas: Property, Casualty, Terrorism, North American Property, Life Sciences and Mining.
To make a success of this role, you will be highly numbers and detail orientated and enjoy managing a busy and varied workload. We will count on you to: Review and propose solutions to resolve client accounting issues escalated from Marsh Operations involving Marsh Technicians and Brokers as appropriateAssist the Norwich Management team in providing MI on premium and revenue. Understand & ease payment situations and/or to provide MIPrepare premium calculations for Marsh clientsSet and achieve specific goals as evidenced WorkdayWhat you need to have: Solid numeracy skills, together with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
You'll be comfortable using formulas, pivot tables, vlookups and xlookupsStrong attention to detail with a methodical and conscientious approachPlanning and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressureQuick to take on-board new information, which is technical in nature.
