We have an exciting opportunity to join Marsh’s Digital Client Experience (DCX) team in the UK as a Mid-level UX/UI Designer. Marsh’s Digital Client Experience (DCX) team is a fast-moving product organisation that helps Marsh teams take ideas from opportunity to outcome. DCX blends design, product strategy and lean delivery to accelerate the creation of new digital products and bring clarity to early-stage opportunities. As part of the design discipline, you will help define intuitive, client-focused experiences and contribute to a consistent design language across the Marsh portfolio. The position is based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least 3 days a week in the office.
Working in a studio-model environment, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and SMEs to rapidly explore, prototype and validate ideas. This includes using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (such as Figma Make, Lovable and v0) to accelerate concepting, producing high-quality prototypes at pace and shaping products as they move from discovery into MVP and scaled delivery. You’ll help teams test assumptions, de-risk complexity and deliver experiences that balance client value, business impact and technical feasibility. Within DCX, you’ll work as part of a tight, collaborative design team operating in a genuinely agile, product-led environment. You’ll have access to senior decision-makers, the freedom to experiment and a culture that supports continuous learning, rapid prototyping and purposeful delivery. Designers in DCX collaborate deeply with product and engineering from day one, shaping the problem as much as the solution. We work in a studio-model environment with rapid cycles of discovery, prototyping and testing. We share work early, invite critique and make evidence-based decisions. You’ll help lead these rhythms, supporting momentum and clarity across the team.
