We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce Transformation Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in London and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We are seeking an exceptional Workforce Transformation Analyst, with an impressive academic record and proven experience gained within a consultancy or in-house in HR. You will build a thorough understanding of each client's business goals, strategies, culture and organisation and partner effectively to develop coherent and relevant organisational interventions that deliver successful business outcomes.

You will work across the UK and Europe on a wide variety of client projects, including:

  • Strategic workforce planning
  • Skills assessment and development
  • Organisational design
  • Change management
  • Culture interventions
  • HR transformation
  • DE&I projects

We will count on you to:

  • Build strong client relationships on each project that you work on
  • Be a vital member of the team by collaborating with other members of the Workforce Transformation organisation
  • Be a big part of project work streams and small-mid-sized projects
  • Support in new business development opportunities

What you need to have:

  • Experience within a Workforce Transformation role, ideally within a consultancy area
  • Client skills with demonstrated experience working with HR/Talent/Business stakeholders
  • Ability to facilitate client project meetings and present key insights/reports findings
  • A broad understanding of organisational change and people strategy
  • A strong analytical acumen with the capacity to quickly understand complex business issues
