We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Team at Marsh McLennan as a Placement Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide operational and placement support to our placement broking and client servicing teams, helping to deliver efficient, high-quality service to clients and insurers. You will contribute to continuous improvement across processes, support stakeholder engagement, and help ensure service delivery meets team and business objectives.
We will count on you to:
- Drive operational support for management teams and processes, supporting continuous improvement in efficiency and quality within the team.
- Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
- Act as focal point for operational and technical expertise for placement and client servicing teams.
- Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance products and related legislation.
- Lead and/or participate in projects working in partnership with placement and the wider business on identified initiatives and complex issues.
- Support the placement process by assisting with market documentation, and maintenance of accurate records of quotations, terms, and conditions.
- Work closely with internal placement and client servicing teams and insurers to help deliver effective placement outcomes and excellent service.
What you need to have:
- Experience in Insurance operations is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and prepare clear reports or presentations.
- A basic understanding of insurance processes, products, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
