Overview
In this role you will lead Defined Contribution pensions consulting for a large client portfolio, acting as a trusted adviser on governance and plan design. You will manage your own client portfolio, deliver services, and identify revenue opportunities across Mercer’s DC offerings. You’ll drive global DC management with both local and cross-border insights to optimise plans. You will grow the business through relationships, events, and deep expertise, while supporting Mercer’s strategic initiatives. This is a collaborative, client‑facing opportunity in a leading, inclusive consultancy.

Responsibilities
- Serve as lead consultant on Defined Contribution DC services for clients
- Manage own client portfolio and monitor performance, trends, and insights
- Proactively generate revenue and expand DC services across lines of business
- Oversee Global DC management, analysing global and local plan design features
- Build and nurture client relationships and networks through events and expertise
- Act as a change agent to support Mercer strategies
