You'll be at the forefront of building solutions that help our clients navigate these challenges while making a tangible impact on their employees' lives.
We are seeking a talented and dynamic solution and product manager to support our Solution Enablement team, reporting to the MMB Solution Enablement Leader. In this role, you'll bridge strategy and execution by identifying market opportunities, developing scalable solutions, and enabling our advisory teams to deliver them effectively. This role includes supporting the market enablement and content development of our Benefits You Strategy Builder (BYSB), an innovative solution that combines expert-led workshops with an interactive digital platform.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Identify market needs and partner with colleagues across regions to understand client challenges and emerging trends.
- Conduct market research by leveraging internal intellectual capital and external sources for market trends and needs.
- Support the team in agile product development sprints starting with defining the problem through business case development including market analysis, solution design, financial modeling and go to market piloting.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to build out the solution by gathering existing intellectual capital and capabilities from around the globe.
- Support the team with local market enablement by serving as the liaison between global leadership, local teams, and the Advice & Solutions group.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, Public Health or related field is required; graduate degree is desired.
- Experience in public health and/or consulting background in employer-sponsored health and benefits.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap development is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), Excel, Smartsheets, and Qualtrics.
